Ingredients
500 gms boiled fish (mashed)
1 cup onion finely chopped
2 tbsp ginger- garlic paste
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 kg maida
2 pcs pepeer crushed
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp refined oil

Preparation time: 30 min
cooking time: 12 min
serving: 4 people

how to make fish momo?
Step 1 :
mix the all ingredients with Mashed fish 
add the oil and salt as per the requirement
keep it aside for 10 minutes

Step 2 :
For Dough: take the maida,add pinch of salt and 1/2 spoon oil to it and make the soft dough
Now, make a small balls from the dough and roll the ball it to make 3-4 inch round shape as chapati/roti

step3 :

now fill the mixture to the rolls and tight up all the sides as shown in below pics below

step 4: cook the momo in a momo steamer/vessel for 12 min

and serve hot!
